My husband and I were gifted 60-minute float sessions at True Rest Float Spa and had an amazing experience. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent and the entire space was spotless. Each float room had its own private shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus towels and ear plugs were provided, which made everything feel so easy and comfortable. The float pod itself was incredibly relaxing—especially at seven months pregnant, it felt like pure relief. Afterward, there’s a getting-ready area with so many thoughtful amenities like lotion, deodorant, leave-in conditioner, hair products, and blow dryers. To top it all off, we were able to enjoy a complimentary oxygen bar session, which was such a nice bonus. Highly recommend for anyone looking to truly unwind!

From the moment we walked in, Keely was welcoming and attentive; she took the time to explain the entire process and gave us a great tour. The facility is incredibly clean and has a cozy, high-end vibe. I loved that each pod is in a private room with its own shower—it felt very luxe and private. My husband, who rarely relaxes, actually fell asleep in the pod and stayed in a 'zen' state all evening! We ended up signing up for a 2 float monthly membership (which is cheaper than one massage) to continue these healing 'date nights.' What really sealed the deal for me was Keely—you can tell she genuinely enjoys being there, and that positive energy makes all the difference. After a lifetime of NOT taking care of myself I was lucky enough to run into the owners of True REST Float Spa and they invited me to come try it out. This is my second time here and I am a RAVING fan! The staff is great. The ambient waiting area and oxygen bar is super cozy. The facilities are spotless and clean but most important is the staff. They are so attentive and considerate. They truly want to help you wash away the stress of the world and they do one heck of a spectacular job doing so. This place rocks! You couldn’t ask for a more relaxing experience and I highly recommend this form of relaxation and most importantly I highly recommend this business establishment. You will LOVE THIS! I highly recommend you book multiple sessions to try it out. It takes a little while to get use to floating and shutting off the mind but once you figure it out, floating is a great way to relieve stress and anxiety. I actually fell to sleep so you can’t say I didn’t relax. Keep it up Jill & John. Your customers appreciate you and the goodness you represent in our community!
